Felix Bartlett
Felix Bartlett, CEO and Founder of Biothread, is pioneering sustainable fashion through an innovative blend of regenerative agriculture and advanced technology. Driven by a mission to transform cotton production from extractive to regenerative, Felix co-founded Biothread to promote soil health, climate resilience, and fair opportunities for farmers. In collaboration with BioLevel, a leader in biological soil nutrition products, he has led efforts to enhance traceability by integrating satellite field monitoring and implementing premium pricing models that reward sustainable practices. Previously, Felix played a key role at Stella McCartney, where he managed the brand's COP28 exhibition, highlighting breakthroughs in regenerative agriculture and plant-based materials. With a vision for systemic change, Felix bridges fashion and agriculture to set a new standard for sustainable practices in an industry often challenged by environmental and social issues.
Dr. Lynn Wilson
Dr. Lynn Wilson is a pioneering academic and practitioner in circular economy, blending her expertise in sustainable business with a mission to transform traditional “take-make-dispose” models into regenerative systems. She founded Circular Design Synergy (CDS), a consultancy that champions nature-inspired, circular solutions for businesses and nonprofits, guided by the belief that true sustainability requires designing resources within circular systems. With a PhD in Management from the University of Glasgow, Dr. Wilson has held prominent roles, including as Sector Manager for Zero Waste Scotland and a Creative Entrepreneur in the Creative Informatics Programme at the University of Edinburgh. Currently, she serves as a board member for Architecture and Design Scotland, is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts, and actively contributes to UNEP’s and BSI’s standards on sustainable development and circular design.
Stefaan Le Claire
Stefaan Le Claire is a seasoned professional in sustainable business and environmental policy, with a career spanning over two decades in both corporate and nonprofit sectors. Known for his expertise in driving environmentally responsible practices within multinational organisations, he has held pivotal roles that emphasise climate action, resource efficiency, and circular economy principles. Stefaan holds a Master's degree in Environmental Science from Wageningen University and has authored numerous publications on sustainable development and corporate responsibility. His work includes consulting with global companies on reducing carbon footprints and advising governmental bodies on policy frameworks that promote sustainability. A regular speaker at international forums, Stefaan is passionate about bridging the gap between economic growth and ecological balance. Beyond his professional endeavours, he dedicates time to mentoring emerging leaders in environmental fields, underscoring his commitment to cultivating the next generation of sustainability advocates.

Indigo Jones
Indigo Jones is a sustainability strategist with a deep commitment to reshaping the fashion industry. Currently completing an MSc in Environmental Policy at the London School of Economics, she brings a unique blend of expertise in strategy, advocacy, and education. Indigo graduated with a MA in International Relations from St. Andrews, where she also served as executive director for the FS Charity Fashion Show, leading impactful initiatives like "Fashion for the Earth" (F4TE) Week—a sustainable fashion series including clothing swaps, panels, and pop-up events. Previously at Eco-Age,a sustainability consulting firm, she built sustainability frameworks for fashion brands, managed high-profile campaigns like the Fossil Fuel Fashion Campaign, and advised on EU textile regulations. She also founded ‘Live Fast Buy Slow’, a platform promoting sustainable fashion practices and informed consumer choices. Indigo’s work embodies her vision for a more accountable, transparent, and environmentally just fashion industry.
Mel Watt
Drishti Babu is a dynamic strategist and passionate advocate for sustainable and ethical fashion, currently advancing her expertise with an MA in Sustainability Studies at Kingston University. Her academic pursuits focus on addressing the environmental and human impacts embedded in the mainstream fashion system, with a particular emphasis on sustainable business practices and innovative marketing strategies. Drishti's professional journey is characterised by a diverse blend of experience in tech-for-good, merchandising, public relations, and social media management. As an intern at Shoddy Threads, a London-based streetwear brand committed to sustainability through upcycling, she developed and implemented creative marketing strategies, driving digital engagement and connecting with influencers who share a commitment to ethical fashion. At Dyegram, Drishti managed impactful social media campaigns, organised fashion shoots and PR events, and analysed performance metrics to optimise brand presence. Her commitment to promoting sustainability extends beyond her professional roles. As a member of Fashion Revolution’s England team, Drishti actively champions initiatives for greater transparency and fair labour practices, working to build a fashion industry that prioritises environmental stewardship and ethical standards. With a passion for strategic collaboration and crafting compelling narratives, she is dedicated to reshaping the future of fashion and making a lasting positive impact.
